Our bi-annual or annual maintenance visits keep things running smoothly, reducing energy usage and helping prevent costly repairs. Regular upkeep also extends the lifespan of your equipment, delaying the need for replacement and protecting the investment you’ve made in your home. We handle everything from inspecting components and testing safety features to replacing filters and checking refrigerant levels — so your system is ready for the season ahead.
Terms You Should Know
To make the most of your maintenance plan, it’s important to understand the terms. Priority service is reserved for no-heat or no-cool calls, ensuring the most urgent needs are addressed first. Diagnostic discounts are available during our regular hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Repair discounts apply only to covered equipment and exclude major components like heat exchangers, compressors, and refrigerants. A minimum of one year’s paid subscription is required before receiving any system replacement discount. Each plan includes one 4” pleated MERV 8 filter — specialty filters are available upon request.
If you’d like to simplify maintenance even further, we also offer annual filter subscription quotes. You can enhance your plan with indoor air quality products such as UV bulbs, humidifiers, air cleaners, or other specialty filters. For homes with multiple HVAC systems, we’ll offer half off the monthly rate for each additional system, based on the lower-priced plan.
